With 18 years of experience in hospitality and event production, Jessica has become a visionary known for blending design-forward thinking with storytelling to create out-of-the-box experiences. Her journey began at Soho House New York, where she fully immersed herself in the fast-paced, community-driven environment of hospitality. As Events and F&B Manager, Jessica quickly learned how essential it is to create experiences that weave together atmosphere, design, food and service. This sparked her passion further and set the stage for her later role as VP of Member Experiences at Four Hundred, a membership-based lifestyle + concierge firm. The knowledge of working for a start-up, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, led her to launch 23 Layers in 2011 - a global event production + design agency that has since produced events for brands like Google, Airbnb, Glossier, and Spotify.
Throughout her career, Jessica has developed a deep desire to teach others in the event industry. With a wealth of experience across all facets of event planning + production, she's committed to revealing the behind-the-scenes processes that will elevate and streamline your business + brand. Her goal is to help others succeed in this field, pulling back the curtain by sharing lessons, strategies, and insights to empower the next generation of event professionals to create exceptional work - whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their skills to the next level.
